The free weekly digest costs nothing, requires no payment information, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When paid tiers open, they will bill monthly, and you may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices for founding members are locked as advertised at signup.
Our alerts report public records as the FAA publishes them. Government records can contain errors and are typically recorded weeks after real-world transactions. The service is provided "as is": we make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data, and you should verify any record before relying on it for a business decision. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including telemarketing and anti-spam laws) in how you use any contact information.
A subscription is for you or your business. Reselling, republishing, or systematically redistributing our alerts or data feeds isn't permitted without written permission.
If these terms change materially, we'll note it in the email digest. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
